 FAQs

  • After you’ve completed the booking inquiry form, you'll receive a link to your email for you to schedule a time and date for a 30-in consultation call. During that consultation call we will discuss photoshoot inspiration and you will be able to secure your session date and time after the required 40% deposit is paid.

  • To make the experience more seamless, all non-refundable deposits can be made online, with a valid credit card, through the invoice email that is sent over to you. Remaining balance is due the day of the shoot and can be paid in cash or online through invoice email, provided by honeybook.com ; this I the only way I receive payments as well. Your 40% deposit must be paid 24 to 48 hours after the invoice is sent.

  • Within 24-48 hours of your photoshoot you'll receive an online gallery of your raw proofs. You will be able to go through your images and select your favorites. Your exact delivery date is depending on when I receive the favorites back. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. We do offer quicker turn around times for a rush fee.

  • If you’re interested in a studio photoshoot, we’ve got you covered! We offer the flexibility of shooting either in the studio or on location (outdoors or at a specific venue). Should you choose the studio option, we’ll handle all the booking details for you, with an additional fee for the space.

  • You’ll receive access to your personalized gallery where you can purchase prints directly, or you’re welcome to print them at any location of your choice.

  • Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

    All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 2 days prior to your session. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the remaining balance being charged. If you need to reschedule, you have up to two weeks to do so.

    In case of bad weather, we can reschedule for another day, or, if no new date works, we’ll refund your deposit.

  • Can I get my raw pictures?
    Yes! You can add BTS raw footage or extra raw photos to your session. Check out our BTS Add-Ons for pricing and options.

    • Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in a $15 late fee added to your remaining balance.

    • Arriving 25+ minutes late will result in cancellation of your session, and the retainer fee will not be refunded.

    • If you need to get dressed upon arrival, a late fee will still apply.
